ArkForce Elite Division
ArkForce Elite is a Top Tier Private Security Firm operating in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. What makes us the Top Tier?
First of all, we employ only Level 3 and Level 4 Commissioned Officers who are either Law Enforcement or Military Veterans. We have found that this is a good basis for reliability and professionalism.
Second, unlike other agencies, we operate in a collegial manner. We find that a sense of camaraderie and self-direction builds a cohesive team, which recognizes equally vested power among our Officer core. This leads to a greater sense of teamwork. How do we foster this?
Next, we meet as a squad on regular red team and range days where we practice some of the more high level drills such as armed de-escalating, weapons disarming techniques, and tactical target firing. Competing against one’s self.
And last, many ArkForce Officers are full-time DART Transit Security Officers. These men and women work in a quasi-law enforcement capacity and deal everyday with situations more typical of Law Enforcement Officers than the typical Security Guard.
These situations include but are not limited to dealing with emotionally and mentally challenged passengers, de-escalating disruptive passengers when enforcing DART Codes of Conduct, dealing with domestic disputes, interfacing with drug users, drug dealers, armed passengers and multiple other potentially hazardous situations.

ArkForce Congregational Division
At ArkForce Congregational, we devote an extraordinary amount of training, attention and resources to successfully deliver services to the students, employees and congregants whom our clients entrust to our protective care.
To begin, ArkForce engages only Level 3 and Level 4 Texas State Commissioned Officers who are either Military or Law Enforcement Veterans. We have found that this is a good starting point to assure the professionalism and effectiveness of our Officers.
In addition to these credentials, ArkForce provides the TICOLE #4064 twenty-hour School Resource Officers Course for all ArkForce Officers assigned to School Posts. This course of study includes:
* Child and Adolescent Development and Psychology
* Mental Health Crisis Intervention and Cultural Competency
* De-Escalation Techniques
* Limiting Use of Force
* Mental and Behavior Health Needs for Children with Special Needs
* Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports
* Conflict Resolution Techniques
The TICOLE #4064 Course provides a good academic base for the topics that it covers and provides the participant with an awareness of issues that are unique to adolescent and special needs students. This knowledge is invaluable when circumstances test its efficacy.
In addition to TICOLE #4064, ArkForce takes SRO training to the Tactical or Special Operations level by conducting real-life scenario training in the field, including onsite drills at the client location and live fire tactical practice at the range. Conducted by nationally recognized and certified Security Trainer Paul Cobb, with 38 years experience in Law Enforcement and Private Security Services, the course includes:
* Spotting Abusers and Victims
* Reality-Based Training – Red Team Exercises that are Scenario-Based
* Firearms Training – Three Range Days of Tactical Shooting
* Defense Tactics/Physical Manipulation – Three Day Long Drills Ongoing
* Stop the Bleed – Advanced Treatment for Acute Hemorrhaging and Shock

We are living in a time of social instability not seen since the tumultuous decade of the 1960s. And today’s luxury brand stores are at constant risk of criminal exploitation perpetrated by organized crime gangs who use the disruption of urban disorder and riots to mask their true intention, which is grand larceny.
Losses to the retail sector in 2020 resulting from widespread civil disorder are estimated to have been up to $2,000,000,000. The aggregate losses were caused by vandalism, looting and arson and affected inventory, ff&e and leasehold improvements. Commercial landlords and urban developers also suffered significant losses. Organized retail theft has become widespread in many urban areas. And, a single incident, such as a police officer shooting, can result in a national emergency, civil unrest and rioting.
Unfortunately, as regards luxury brand labels, the very quality attributes that bestow excellence and status on your brand name also mark that name as a target. The more prestigious the brand, the more coveted the item.
During civil unrest and rioting, we are all aware of the shortcomings of police and typical private security efforts. No fault to them, during riot and civil disorder police agencies are responsible for protecting the entire city, not individual businesses. Our exclusive clientele are high-end luxury brand companies with storefronts served by both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Our area of operations is referred to as a Tactical Area or TA. This area is usually in an urban Central Business District and covers from 35 to 50 blocks. A TA has from 3 to 6 client stores in proximity with each other.
Each storefront has a dedicated two-officer Team. The Teams overlap and can be re-deployed as needed to support a client store that is under immediate kinetic threat by looters, vandals or arsonists. A Tactical Area Chief or TAC supervises and coordinates the individual Teams. The TAC operates from a mobile vehicle and is accompanied by a Drone Pilot. The Tactical Area Chief also receives real-time intelligence from an embedded Intelligence Officer. Real-time data is provided to the TAC by the Teams, the Drone Pilot, and the Intelligence Officer.
The TAC reports to the HQ Command Center. The Command Center monitors real-time news feeds and provides additional information to the TAC(s). Thanks to our communications and organizational systems, ArkForce protection activities can be conducted in multiple cities simultaneously.
